Match Fit is a psychologically informed intervention designed to support jobseekers whose participation in Activities may be affected by stress, change, emotional load, or difficulty adjusting to new environments and social settings.
The program focuses on the relationship between internal responses and participation. It provides a structured opportunity for participants to build awareness of how stress patterns, emotional responses, and interactional experiences may influence their engagement in structured Activities and everyday settings.
Delivered by allied health professionals in a supportive, trauma-informed group environment, Match Fit is designed as a short-duration intervention that complements provider-led servicing without duplicating core activities.

The approach supports participants to:
explore how stress and emotional responses may affect attendance and engagement
reflect on how they respond to change, pressure, and unfamiliar situations

Delivery combines structured discussion, reflection, and practical application. It is not delivered as employability skills training, mentoring, or non-vocational assessment.
IGNITE

IGNITE is a targeted behavioural support intervention designed to assist participants who are experiencing barriers to engaging in the employment pathway, including Activities, provider appointments, interviews, and job preparation processes.
The intervention addresses behavioural and psychological barriers that are preventing participation in Activities and progression toward employment, particularly where participants demonstrate disengagement, avoidance, or inconsistent follow-through.
IGNITE is often delivered alongside, or in preparation for, an eligible Activity or employment pathway step, ensuring all support is directly linked to improving real-world participation and movement toward employment outcomes.

A long-term behaviour change program designed to support jobseekers in identifying their goals and value systems, empowering them to change challenging beliefs & behaviours, and building purpose.
IGNITE is a psychologically informed, trauma-aware intervention delivered by qualified allied health professionals.
The intervention targets real-world participation breakdown, including:
Avoidance of Activities, appointments, or interviews
Disengagement during participation requirements
Inconsistent follow-through on agreed actions
Difficulty maintaining momentum toward employment
Withdrawal following setbacks
Participants are supported to:
Identify behavioural patterns impacting participation across the employment pathway
Recognise key points where disengagement occurs (e.g. prior to Activities, interviews, or appointments)
Apply these strategies directly to current or upcoming Activities and employment
opportunities
All support is applied and participation-focused, with a direct link to the participant’s next steps toward employment.

EMPLOY is a structured, trauma-informed intervention designed to support jobseekers experiencing housing instability or complex life circumstances whose participation in Activities may be affected by disrupted routine, unstable living conditions, limited access to supports, or difficulty maintaining day-to-day structure.
The program focuses on the relationship between external life conditions and participation. It provides a practical and supportive space for participants to explore how housing, routine, service access, and daily realities may influence attendance, engagement, and continuity in structured Activities.
Delivered by allied health professionals in a culturally respectful group environment, EMPLOY is designed as a short-duration intervention that complements provider-led servicing without duplicating core activities. It does not provide job search assistance, career advice, non-accredited employability or foundation skills, financial literacy, mentoring, or formal assessment of barriers.

GAME ON! is a structured, allied health-informed intervention designed to support long-term jobseekers whose participation in Activities may be affected by disrupted routine, reduced daily structure, fluctuating energy levels, inactivity, or difficulty re-engaging with consistent activity.
The program focuses on the relationship between everyday functioning, routine, energy, and participation. It provides a practical and accessible space for participants to explore how day-to-day habits and physical functioning may influence their ability to attend, engage in, and sustain involvement in structured Activities.
Delivered in a trauma-informed and culturally respectful group environment, GAME ON! is designed as a short-duration intervention that complements provider-led servicing without duplicating core activities. It is not delivered as fitness training, strength training, or non-accredited employability or foundation skills training.
