IGNITE PROGRAM
Season 2: Drive meaningful long term change
IGNITE for jobseekers program
Training for long term behaviour change to support employment outcomes.
While Match Fit offers valuable benefits in boosting motivation and confidence, we recognize that some participants need more focused support to drive meaningful behavior change.
The IGNITE program is designed for individuals facing deeply rooted challenges who may struggle to recognise the issue, understand the benefits of change, or believe that change is possible.
IGNITE is designed by psychologists to support participants:
establish awareness, create need and want for change
build the belief that they are worthy of it, giving them confidence that they can make change (including managing setbacks throughout the process) and lastly
execute that change through IGNITE’s face-to-face program and ‘take home’ guidance
Ongoing support through refreshers and check-ins.
