Definitions

Prime Effect (“Prime Effect”, “we,”, “us” or the “Service”) provides a range of programs and coaching services via primeeffect.com.au (the “Website”). Prime Effect is operated by 25 Days 25 Plays Pty Ltd, an Australian business, ABN 11 655 149 787, based in the State of Queensland, Australia. As a customer of the Service or a representative of an organisation that’s a customer of the Service, you’re a “Member” according to this agreement (or “you”). Any Member you link your account to is a “Shared Account Holder” (or “Shared Member”). 25 Days 25 Plays Pty Ltd has employees, independent contractors, and representatives (“our Team”) who service the Website for its Members.

The purpose of this statement is to let you know what information is collected about you when you visit and use Prime Effect, how this information is used, to whom it is disclosed, and your ability to have any incorrect personal information amended. Our goal is to provide you with a satisfying experience while allowing you to control your privacy and to give you a means to voice any questions or concerns you may have. General information is primarily collected to make it easier and more rewarding for you to use our Services. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED

The range of Prime Effect programs collect personal information to deliver you positive wellbeing outcomes, including, but not limited to responses to questions pertaining to positive psychology activities.

Email address – we will record your email address if you register to use our Services, send us a message, apply for a position, complete a user survey, subscribe to a newsletter, or complete a form where this information is requested. If subscribing to an email newsletter you may “unsubscribe” at any time from the newsletter mailing list. Email addresses will not be added to any other mailing lists. We will not disclose your email address without your consent unless required by law.

Name, address and phone number – personal details are required to enable subsequent contact with you and/or to enable authentication of the information provided. We will not collect or solicit personal information via primeeffect.com.au that would be unlawful, unnecessary or unrelated to the functions or activities of Prime Effect, or unfair or unreasonably intrusive.

Under no circumstances will Prime Effect sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information unless it is for the sole purpose of providing you a Service specific to Prime Effect that you have signed up for.

Information that has been anonymised or aggregated so that it can no longer be used to identify a specific person is no longer considered personal information, whether in combination with other information or otherwise.

All information collected may be used for de-identified anonymous research purposes by Prime Effect and/or its affiliated research partners.

If you have received a subscription through a third-party organisation, aggregated de-identified anonymous data will be provided to that organisation to enable them to improve services to their customers.

Cookies are small files that Prime Effect service providers transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables them to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We use site cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.

Your personal information is stored on secure servers that have SSL Certificates issued by leading certificate authorities, and all data transferred between you and the Service is encrypted. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from our website. These activities are conducted at your own risk. PRIME EFFECT DOES NOT STORE CREDIT CARD DETAILS

If you subscribe to a paid plan with Prime Effect and pay for the Service by credit card, your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored by a third-party service provider to enable Prime Effect to automatically bill your credit card on a recurring basis. Your credit card details are not stored by Prime Effect and cannot be accessed by our team.

HOW USERS CAN ACCESS AND CORRECT THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Prime Effect holds your personal information. To update, please access your profile via the Website at primeeffect.com.au.
