Psychosocial safety

Our psychosocial safety program, Be Buoyant, is an award-winning digital training program designed mitigate psychosocial risks in the workplace and foster a safe, supportive environment.
Be Buoyant was developed by LND experts and directly relates to the 2023 psychosocial hazard Code of Practice. Be Buoyant can be fully-imported into your existing EMS, or hosted on our app for your teams to access on their device (great for remote workforces). Access to learning modules for up to 12 months.
Mental health first aid
Build mental health literacy across teams, leaders, and other stakeholder groups.
Ideal for HR teams, managers and leaders, this is a nationally accredited course that helps staff become confident to identify and have discussions around mental health.
Prime Effect has qualified MHFA Australia coaches, including Principal Master Instructor David Shillington and is available for both face to face and online course deliveries Australia-wide.
This accredited Mental Health First Aid training is now considered a standard part of organisational WHS protocol.
