We’ll take you on a 10-day digital mental fitness journey to transform the way you approach personal wellbeing, presented by some of Australia’s favourite athletes.

David Shillington leads the 10-day program with daily coaching and sharing personal stories to explain the concepts and maximise engagement.

How it works

Getting started

Register to take part in the program.

We’ll send you a hassle-free app link via a QR code for your teams to download the app, where they’ll complete the program.

On the first day, get your team together and set a time of day that you can engaged with the program for 15 minutes a day, everyday for ten days.

10 x ‘plays of the day’

The 10-Day program unlocks a wellbeing ‘play of the day’ (an evidence-based mental fitness strategy) on the Prime Effect app, in the form of a video.

Participants will hear from some of Australia’s most admired sports stars, including how they use these strategies in their own lives. There is a simple daily activity to complete each day.

Daily motivational coach

Through the app chat, we add daily messages of motivation from the athletes, sharing personal stories relating to the topic of day and encouraging users to engage in the program.

This is a wonderful way to improve outcomes of the program and encourage self-determination.

After 10 days of this concerted effort to improve mental wellbeing, participants will be well-equipped with strategies and positive momentum to feel and perform their best, kickstarting their wellbeing goals!
